The Right Way Group Home complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people, or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion.

In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), The Right Way Group Home ensures that all clinical admissions, therapeutic programs, employment practices, and residential accommodations are conducted in a non-discriminatory manner.

1. Services for Individuals with Disabilities and Language Barriers

To ensure meaningful access to our Level 3 residential services, The Right Way Group Home provides free aids and services to residents, families, and legal guardians with disabilities or language barriers, including:

- Qualified sign language interpreters.
- Written information in alternative formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats).
- Free language interpreter services for individuals whose primary language is not English.

If you require these auxiliary aids or services during the enrollment process or during a resident's stay, please notify our intake coordinator immediately.


2. Procedure for Filing a Civil Rights Grievance

If you believe that The Right Way Group Home has failed to provide these services or has discriminated against a resident, family member, or applicant on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion, you have the right to file a formal grievance.

Grievances must be submitted in writing within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory incident. The Civil Rights Coordinator will investigate the matter and issue a written decision within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
